This proposed project involved converting the rear unit of an existing 1,000 square foot one story commercial unit into a new 1,750 square foot, two story Joint Living and Work unit, also known as an artist-in-residence. It was to include sustainable strategies including rooftop solar panels, and the smart use of materials.
