This project involved removing the rear 750 square foot one story unit of a World War II era attached duplex and replacing it with a new 1,750 square foot two story detached unit. It incorporates numerous sustainable strategies including rooftop solar panels, a green roof, grey water retention and reuse, smart materials, etc..
